Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

Returns & Exchanges

  • In-Store Purchases:
    Items purchased in-store can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase, provided they are in unused condition and accompanied by the original bill. You may choose an exchange or receive store credit.
  • Online Orders:
    Returns are not accepted for online purchases unless you received the wrong item. In such cases, we will arrange a free reverse pickup and offer either an exchange or a full refund upon receiving the item.
  • Damaged Items:
    If your item arrives damaged, please send a photo or video of the product within 1 business day of delivery. This helps our dispatch team assess the issue.
    Refunds for damaged items will only be considered if the product is unused and still in its original packaging.
  • Refund Processing:
    Once approved, refunds may take up to 15 business days, provided your case is verified and your bank details are correct. We appreciate your patience and cooperation.

 

Order Cancellation

  • Online Orders:
    Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You may, however, return it as per the above policy.
  • In-Store Purchases:
    Cancellations are not allowed for in-store purchases. However, you may exchange the item or receive store credit if returned in unused condition within 7 days, with the original bill.
  • After Dispatch:
    Once your order has been shipped or dispatched, it cannot be canceled. For issues such as wrong or damaged items, please refer to our Returns Policy.
